Three Victorian Pressed Back Chairs

Originally, all three of these chairs were in poor condition. All three were completely re-glued. The outside two were re-caned. The center chair's rear right leg was broken where the seat attaches to the leg- it was repaired with splines and painted to match.

In the picture, one can see the final result after restoration- three beautiful, uniform chairs.

Sewing Stand

Before restoration, this sewing stand was in very poor condition. As seen in the picture, the base of the stand was broken in several places, and missing one piece.

Jenny Lind Cradle

This cradle came to Mill Creek Woodworking in extremely poor condition. Both rockers and several spindles were missing and many other spindles were broken or damaged.
